Cancellation Policy

The following Cancellation Policy applies to all products, services, and live events sold directly through Robert Cornwall Healing ("we," "us," or "our"). It does not apply retroactively to previous cancellations. Products or events sold through third-party partners are subject to their respective cancellation policies.

General Terms
By purchasing any of our products or services, you agree to this Cancellation Policy, which forms part of our Terms of Use. Please review all terms carefully before completing your purchase.

Eligible Cancellations

  • Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within 10 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take additional time for the funds to reflect in your account.

Customer Credits

  • Approved credits can be used, transferred, or gifted within one year from the date of original purchase. Credits not used within this timeframe will expire.

Disqualified Cancellations

  • If an event or product does not qualify for a refund, the full amount will be donated to a charity supported by Robert Cornwall Healing.

Digital Products and Online Events

  • All sales of digital products, online events, courses, and programmes are final. No refunds, exchanges, or customer credits will be issued under any circumstances. Please review product details carefully before purchasing.

Transfers

  • Transfer requests between events will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Approved transfers may incur an administrative fee of £75.
  • Requests for transfers must be submitted at least 24 hours before the event start time by emailing robert@robertcornwallhealing.org.

Payment Plans and Deposits

  • Payment plans are available for certain events upon prior arrangement. A minimum deposit of 25% or £500, whichever is greater, is required to secure your place.
  • The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than three weeks (21 days) before an online event or five weeks (35 days) before an in-person event. Failure to pay the balance by the deadline will result in forfeiture of the deposit, and your place may be offered to someone else.
  • Deposits are not accepted for Group Healing Experiences.

In-Person Events

Workshops (2 or 3 Days)

  • Cancellations received at least three weeks (21 days) before the event are eligible for a full refund, less a £35 administrative fee and any applicable international bank charges.
  • No-shows or late arrivals will forfeit their ticket. No refunds or customer credits will be issued.
  • Participants may be required to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement and/or Disclaimer prior to the event. Failure to do so will result in cancellation of your booking with no refund.

Group Healing Experiences

  • Cancellations received at least four weeks (28 days) before the event will be eligible for a refund, less a £35 administrative fee and any applicable international bank charges.
  • Cancellations within four weeks of the event:
  • No-shows or late arrivals forfeit their ticket, with no refunds or credits.
  • Attendees must sign a Disclaimer prior to participating. Failure to do so will result in a 100% cancellation fee.

Private Healing Sessions

  • Once a Private Healing Session, including Entity and Shadow Parasite Removal or Remote Healing, has been booked, no refunds are provided. This includes no-shows or late arrivals.
  • The healing process begins at the time of engagement, and rescheduling, make-up sessions, or partial refunds will not be offered.

Produced Content

  • All content produced by Robert Cornwall Healing, including but not limited to audio, video, and other media, is fully protected by copyright laws. Unauthorised reproduction or distribution of this content is prohibited.
